Your account, integrations, and outbound email preferences
OAuth credentials and organization ID for Zoho Books sync. Secrets are stored encrypted at rest by your database; they are never shown again after save.
GitHub personal access token for custom build projects. Stored like other secrets; never shown again after save. Classic PAT: enable scope repo for private repos. Org repos with SAML SSO require Authorize next to the token on GitHub (Settings → Developer settings → Personal access tokens). Paste the token with no spaces before/after. Public repos work with no token.
SMTP for system emails (e.g. retainer usage warnings). The server must allow outbound SMTP from this host.
When SMTP and a valid From address are set, high and critical tasks email the assignee when the task is created or when urgency or assignee changes. Team members need an email on their user profile.
